• This module gives a transparent view of the underlying collateral and the health of the tenants and borrowers.
• Collateral, tenant and rating data is aggregated from sponsors and borrowers into a normalized Peracon environment via a mapped template file upload process.
• The data is then available for comprehensive analytics and reporting, as well as trending, such as DSCR, LTV and ICR.
• Due to the tight integration of the Peracon applications, underperforming loans and REO can be actively asset managed through to ultimate disposal via sale or auction.
• Notifications and third party market feeds can be integrated to provide further business intelligence.
• The integrated Document Center allows all documentation pertinent to a deal to be maintained in a single place and readily accessed.
