Sean Deson, President

Sean Deson has an extensive background in investment banking and private equity in commercial real estate. Prior to his role with Peracon, he founded and led Deson & Co. and was a Senior Vice President with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He received an MBA in Finance and a BS in Computer Technology and Management from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

 

Michael Arabe, Senior Vice President

Michael Arabe’s career spans more than 30 years in sales and business development within the commercial real estate industry, including a focus on data and technology services. He has held senior positions with CoStar and Hanley Woods Market Intelligence. He earned a BS in Economics from Louisiana State University and a Strategic Marketing Management certification from the Harvard Business School's Executive Education program.

 

Darrien Hess, Chief Technology Officer

Darrien Hess is a veteran of IT-based consulting whose field of expertise is business applications and Microsoft technologies. After a successful career at Accenture, he founded Forte Solutions, an IT Consulting company. At Peracon, he leads the Engineering and Professional Services divisions yet remains a hands-on architect and lead developer. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
