Peracon’s Investor Risk Management solution provides clients with a secure, centralized location for the aggregation, normalization and analysis/reporting of all investment real estate data.

• This includes direct and indirect properties, portfolios, partnerships, joint ventures, separate accounts, funds, equity, debt and documentation.
• Data is aggregated via a series of user configurable templates which normalize it and convert it into structured database environment.
• Aggregated information can then be pushed into customer specific dashboards and reports for investor reporting and analytics using the formatted results, with full drill down into the underlying data as required.
• The Peracon platform also provides automated notifications based on any financial or operational data point or KPI from the periodic data uploads.
• Additional notifications can be generated based upon internal audits (missing document), changing numbers (reductions in NOI, movement in key ratios), and outside feeds (credit ratings or lease rates).
